Diophantine equations via analytic number theory
26 Feb 2016, by Events inOrganisers: Martin Bright and Tim Browning
Description:
The primary goal of this workshop is to stimulate further progress in
the study of Diophantine geometry, with an emphasis on methods
involving analytic number theory. Further goals are to strengthen
existing ties between workers in the two fields, and to help shape the
direction that these topics take in the coming years. This meeting is sponsered by the LMS and the Heilbronn Institute.
