18-21 April 2017
Organisers: Themistoklis Botsas, Chak Lo, James Mcredmond
The 40th Research Students’ Conference in Probability and Statistics will take place Tuesday 18th April to Friday 21st 2017 at the University of Durham.
It is open to PhD students or equivalent in any field relating to probability or statistics.
The RSC is an annual conference that is organised by students, for students. As a result it always has a friendly atmosphere in which inter-institution connections can be made and ideas can be discussed freely. It is an ideal environment in which to present research for the first time before an international audience. All attendees are encouraged to take the opportunity to submit a talk or poster, although this is not mandatory.
The RSC is committed to allowing all those who wish to present their research to do so. However, places at the conference are limited and applicants are admitted on a first come first serve basis.
