Congratulations to Nick Wilkins
29 Jul 2021, by News inCongratulations to Nick Wilkins who has accepted a Simons Collaboration Postdoctoral Fellowship at MIT starting this autumn. Simons Collaboration bring together groups of outstanding scientists to address topics of fundamental scientific importance in which a significant new development has created a novel area for exploration in an established field.
Nick has been a Heilbronn Fellow since October 2019. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford in 2019, under the supervision of Alex Ritter. His research is in symplectic geometry, specifically equivariant structures in quantum cohomology. Before joining the Heilbronn Institute, Nick was a visiting scholar working with Paul Seidel at MIT.
