Fourier multipliers are the most prominent operators in harmonic analysis whose investigation over various spaces has motivated many developments of the area and is still a hot topic. There is no known characterization of bounded Fourier multipliers on H1(R). Our goal is to establish a characterization of such completely bounded Fourier multipliers. The aim of this workshop is to use previous works and expertise of all members to tackle the problems.
