Focused Research: Categorification and Grassmannian Mirror Symmetry
21 Apr 2022, by Sponsored events in6 – 9 July 2021
University of Bath, UK
The Team will focus on Fock-Goncharov’s theory of cluster ensembles, which are two cluster varieties with a map between them. These are modelled on two (in general, roughly) dual lattices and a map between them. The goal is to relate the two parts of the cluster ensemble to Rietsch Williams’ two descriptions of the Newton-Okounkov cone for the Grassmannian, one coming directly from valuations of functions and the other from a potential. This is supposed to be understood as an instance of mirror symmetry.
The team also met in November 2021, December 2021 and March 2022
