Quantum Cryptanalysis Workshop
29 Jul 2022, by Sponsored events in26 – 28 September 2022
School of Mathematics, University of Bristol, UK
Supported by The Heilbronn Institute Small Grants Scheme
The workshop will focus primarily on lattice- and isogeny-based cryptography. The former is the most popular and most represented family of PQCs in the NIST standardisation project. The latter is a newer, fast developing area with many experts affiliated with Bristol. The workshop will cover quantum algorithm design, costing and error correction as areas of particular interest in quantum cryptanalysis, as well as security proofs in the Quantum Random Oracle Model (QROM).
