22 – 26 July 2024

University of Essex, UK

[Organised in partnership with the Clay Mathematics Institute]

AGGITatE is an annual workshop taking place at the University of Essex. Its aim is to bring together researchers working in Algebraic Geometry and Algebraic groups.

This year’s theme focuses on Moduli Theory in Algebraic Geometry. The school will give early career researchers the opportunity to learn from the leaders in the field themselves, and to start research in this area. The school will also provide an exciting opportunity for interaction between different branches of research on moduli theory.

Organisers:

Anne Sophie Kaloghiros (Brunel)
Jesús Martínez-García (Essex)
Alastair Litterick (Essex)

Lecturers:

Jarod Alper (Washington)
Kristin DeVleming (UMass Amherst)
Victoria Hoskins (Radboud)
Chenyang Xu (Princeton)
