Groups St Andrews conferences have been held every fours years since 1981, most recently in 2017 in Birmingham. The conference aims to present new developments from all parts of group theory and to provide an opportunity for early career researchers and doctoral students in group theory to discuss their research with international experts and to present their own work to a broad audience. This will be the eleventh conference in a series that was launched by Colin Campbell and Edmund Robertson in 1981.
